Innovation can take many forms, from lo-tech to hi-tech to new business management systems.

The key is how to turn innovation into business success nationally and globally.

Some believe that it’s a primarily matter of law... just enter into a licensing agreement and away you go.

I believe that, in addition to being a matter of law, capitalizing on most innovation is primarily a matter of business management, something to which too little attention is generally paid.

Moreover, I believe that there are two critical aspects to capitalizing on innovation in today’s economy, namely:

1. The crafting and tailoring of the requisite business management systems (I term them “Programs”); and

2. Implementing those Programs in a well-managed, world class manner.
