Ted LeValliant has been active in the licensing and franchising fields for twenty-five years, first as a licensing and franchise lawyer in the domestic and international arenas, then as a distribution consultant in licensing, technology transfers, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and then as a co-founder and CEO of Fine Touch Dental Management Corporation, the owner and operator of the Fine Touch Dental® management system.

Ted is the author of four books, including one on licensing/partnering and one on franchising. Ted spent several years as a member of the International Affairs Committee of the International Franchise Association in Washington, DC.

Ted has a Master of Laws degree with a focus on the distribution of goods and services.

Ted has co-developed two pieces of business software to assist in the distribution of goods and services, including by means of licensing & partnering.
